Shared Reports

This window displays a list of all the Reports that have been shared with a security group of which you are a member. You can select a Report in the list to do one of the following:

• View the Report.

• If you have permission to do so, you can delete the Report.

• If you have permission to do so, you can share the Report.

• View the raw data for the Report.

The Reports table contains the following columns:

• Report Type icon. Click here to see a list of Report Type icons.

• Name: The name of the Report Builder used to generate the Report.

• Author: The user who created the Report Builder.

• Date: The date and time that the Report Builder started to run.

The panel at the bottom of the Shared Reports window can be expanded to view the description of the selected Report.

• You can sort any column by clicking the column header.
